About this vintage design furniture
This salmon coloured set of 2 Montis Loge chairs with an ottoman are in good condition. The soft leather shows an age-related patina on the armrests of the chairs. These design pieces, which in their shape are reminiscent of the 30’s, were created by the Dutch designer Gerard van den Berg in the 80’s. Montis is a Dutch manufactory that is committed to special designer furniture. It was co-founded by Gerard van den Berg in 1974 and most of the products show his signature. Price for the set.

Gerard VAN DER BERG
Gerrit (Gerard) Van Der Berg (1947-2011) was a Dutch designer known for his modern, functional furniture creations. He studied at the Rotterdam Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as an industrial designer at Gispen, a Dutch furniture company.
