He studied architecture at the University of Florida and painting and drawing at the Tyler School of Art and John F. Kennedy University, where he received his MFA and BFA degrees. Over the years, Frank has held positions as a museum curator, university professor, gallery director, and public television art host. Frank has participated in numerous exhibitions in the United States and Europe, and has received numerous awards and two Florida State Artist Fellowships.
