About this vintage design furniture

Mid-century armchair designed by Cees Braakman for Pastoe in the 1950s. Cees Braakman's design is clearly recognizable by the curved wooden backrest like that of the Pastoe FB14 armchair, but it is then opened (as is the Pastoe SB03 armchair). The frame resembles that of Yngve Ekström, who also designed furniture for Pastoe. The frame shows some normal signs of use and wear. The seat and backrest have been reupholstered with a nice green mixed fabric, which makes this chair again in very good condition. Materials: wood, teak, plywood, foam and fabric. Dimensions: h x w x d 81 x 60 x 60 cm and the seat height is 43 cm.
