About this vintage design furniture
Red Bird Lounge chair designed by Harry Bertoia for Knoll International in 1952. A design icon from the last century. This Bird Chair is made at Knoll in the late 1990s and is still in very good condition with normal traces of use (see photos). The top layer of the upholstery was discoloured and has been replaced with the original red Tonus fabric from Kvadrat. The frame is made of chromed metal and the detachable cover of red Kvadrat fabric. Dimensions: h x w x d 101 x 98 x 88 cm and the seat height is 37 cm. Marked: Knoll.
