About this vintage design furniture
Set of six original and period chairs from the 50's in solid oak and embossed velvet with motifs in relief by Charles Dudouyt for the Gentilhommière (One of the chairs has been dyed black as well as the fabric, but because they are solid oak, it is easy to catch up)

Charles DUDOUYT
Charles Dudouyt (1885-1947) was a French designer and cabinetmaker active in the 1920s and 1930s. He is best known for his Art Deco furniture, characterized by clean lines, simple geometric shapes, quality materials and meticulous finishing.
