About this vintage design furniture
The AJ Royal pendant lamp was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1957 and manufactured by Louis Poulsen Denmark. The lamp was designed for the Royal SAS Hotel in Kopenhagen. It has a yellow shade and a white lacquered inner shade, that diffuses the light upwards by 3 bulbs and downwards by 1 bulb. It gives a beautiful light effect when lit due to the open rings on the shade.
