About this vintage design furniture
Beautiful carved side or dining chair (Model 7) designed by Helga Sibast and manufactured by Sibast Møbler. Teak curved backrest and the slanted legs. The seat has been reupholstered in a high quality (Retro) leatherette. The subtile glow makes it look like the original upholstery. In 2015 Sibast Furniture started to re-produce these chairs but they are now only made in oak.

About the designer
Helge SIBAST
Helge Sibast was a Danish designer born in 1916 and died in 1985. He trained as a cabinetmaker and then worked for the family business, Sibast Furniture, founded in 1908.
