About this vintage design furniture

The armchair with the factory number B-7522 was designed by a well-known and respected designer Zenon Bączyk. Manufactured in the second half of the 1960s in the very reputable Swarzędz Furniture Factories. Bączyk is its more famous and popular name, derived from the name of the designer. The armchair has a low seat, which is wide and deep. Another long armrests and an ideal backrest angle. Medium-hard cushions have been placed on tightly stretched belts. All of this results in the body being ideally placed to rest. The chair has been thoroughly renovated, taking into account all details and standards of the original. The frame was cleaned from a thick layer of old paint and varnish. The delicate cavities have been filled in. It was then recoated with several layers of organic teak coloured paint. Finally, protected with satin varnish. The cushions have been re-cut from a medium-hard sponge. Paddles made of fabric with increased tensile strength and stain resistance. A zipper was used so that the pillowcase could be removed and washed at any time.
