About this vintage design furniture
This model Revolt chair, designed by Friso Kramer in 1953, was manufactured by Ahrend de Cirkel, the Netherlands. This model was also produced in 1953 and is a first edition with a profile in sheet lacquered metal, and a wooden seat and back. The model has been exhibited in the Triennale di Milano in 1954, and was the winner of the prestigious ’’Compasso d’Oro’’ prize in 1954.
