About this vintage design furniture
Danish design, Fritz Hansen relax and read armchair. Completely renovated in quality dark red - cherry retro velour. Renovated-reupholstered according to original project - with wrinkles and buttons. Brand new padding with natural coconut mat. Original brass springs in seat. Produced by Fritz Hansen for about. 1950. Stained beech wood legs. Renovated-reupholstered by craftsman in Denmark. Wood components has no defects, but it may show slight traces of use. This vintage item is in very good condition because it has been refreshed through new upholstery and refinishing.

Fritz HANSEN
Fritz Hansen was a Danish furniture designer born in 1847 in Tønder, a small town in Denmark. He began his career as a carpenter and went on to found his own furniture manufacturing company in 1872.
