About this vintage design furniture
This extremly rare and from Ake Fribytter in a brutalist design made leather loungechair will be completed with an, even more rare, ottoman. The thick saddle leather from the backrest, as the leather of the seat, come in very good condition. Also the wooden frame, made from beech wood, in a dark brown, nearly black color, shows only slight signs of use. The leather eyelets from the armrests don’t show any signs of fatigue. The leather loungechair has a tilt function and swivils 360 . The ottoman comes in an excellent condition as well. This lounge chair was designed by Ake Fribytter in the 70s for the Swedish manufacturer Nelo which was well known for its Kroken chairs, also designed by Ake Fribytter.
