About this vintage design furniture

A very rare dining table designed by Mario Botta, made by Alias in Italy around 1980. This eye-catching piece has an all-black lacquered metal frame. The base is largely perforated, which gives it a unique style. The rectangular top made of transparent glass allows the frame to remain visible from all angles and makes the piece particularly interesting. A unique find of Italian design, which would fit very well into an industrial design, but which would also fit in perfectly with a more modern interior. It remains in very good condition, period, with minor wear corresponding to age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
