Vintage resin table lamp with coral by Pierre Giraudon, France 1970

A luxurious table lamp by French designer Pierre Giraudon, made in France circa 1970.The unique thing about this piece is that it has a square base made of clear resin that contains a piece of brown coral. The cube is completely transparent, which allows the piece of coral to really stand out. This creates a unique style and makes the piece endlessly interesting. It has a brass frame that holds the bulb and a trapezoidal shaped fabric cap, which adds to the elegance of the piece.
