About this vintage design furniture

Tripod table lamp named "Bijou", designed by Louis Kalff for Philips in the 1950s or so. The shape of this desk lamp is inspired by a UFO. Louis Kalff was an architect and designer and also designed the Evoluon (the shape is based on a UFO) which is now a national monument. This table or desk lamp is still in good original condition, with some use and wear on the shade. The wiring has been checked by an electrician. Color: green and gold. Dimensions: h x d 35 x 28.5 cm.
