About this vintage design furniture
Set of two green and two black lacquered steel ‘spaghetti’ steel chairs designed by Giandomenico Belotti for Fly Line in the 1970s. First edition chairs. Giandomenico Belotti (1922-2004) after graduating in architecture from the University of Venice, he began working in research, restoration, city planning and Industrial design. Since 1979 he has worked with Alias planning spaghetti chair. Still considered one of the most contemporary expressions of modern design, the chair is part of the permanent collection at the MoMA in New York and the green outdoor collection. Good condition consistent with age and use.
