About this vintage design furniture

Vintage dining table, Scandinavian, extensible in rosewood from Rio, designed by erik buch for c.j.rosengaarden( denmark) of the 60's. Closed, the round shape of the table rests on a fantastic carved pedestal and has a diameter of 120 cm. Once opened, the pedestal divides into 2 halves, transforming the table into an oval shape, almost "capsule", resting on 2 legs ending in "v". The table has 2 extensions of 50 cm each. With the addition of an extension, the length is 170 cm. With the 2nd extension, the length becomes 220 cm. Can easily seat 8 to 12 people.the table is in excellent original condition, slight signs, marks of use and patina on the legs and pedestal.it has been very well maintained and cared for, making it almost unbelievable that it has been in use for almost 60 years.the pedestal is removable. Bonus the table will be delivered with its 4 original folding protections (2 half circles and 2 rectangular for the extensions). The 4 chairs and 2 armchairs on the advertisement of the same origin published by SAX Denmark.
