About this vintage design furniture

A hand-made organic vase designed by Jozef Hospodka for Chribska Sklarna in the mid-1960s. Hand-formed crystal glass, dyed, two-colored, green-blue at the top. Interestingly shaped object, a classic of Czechoslovak organic design. Item in original condition very good, the disadvantage is one small "spider", damage visible in the pictures. dimensions: height 29 cm width 12 cm depth 9 cm inlet diameter of 5 cm base diameter 5 cm

About the designer

Josef HOSPODKA

Josef Michal Hospodka was a Czech designer who was born in 1923 and died in 1989. He studied at the School of Applied Arts in Prague, where he began working as a teacher after graduating.
