About this vintage design furniture
This is an early original Spanish chair by Borge Mogensen, Denmark. This is an early example with stitching detail to the leather back panel on the outer edge. The chair is wonderfully patinated, the Oak frame is a wonderful rich colour and the leather has lovely patination. This chair was bought in a late 1950s and has remained in the same family until now. A wonderful example of the Spanish chair.
