About this vintage design furniture
Ingenious and lightweight office by its design and materials. Elm structure on which rests an elm veneer and chipboard top. A paper niche and a drawer with a "gun barrel" handle balance out this set. Some marks of use on the tray and the structure.

André Simard (1932-2020) was a Canadian industrial designer renowned for his work in modern, functional furniture design. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Simard studied sculpture at the École des beaux-arts de Montréal before turning to industrial design.
