About this vintage design furniture
Rectangular coffee table in wrought iron gilded with leaf, resting on four legs quadrangular, by Henri Pouenat for Maison Ramsay. Thick glass top. In good condition - the glass top has only a few micro scratches without gravity, and the metal is a little worn in places. The price of redoing the gold finish if desired has been included in the price. Iron craftsmen since 1880, Pouenat Ferronnier, turned towards interior decoration in the 1960s. Ils designed lighting, furniture and decorative metal fittings under the direction of the fifth generation, Henri Pouenat Il was a graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Arts Décoratifs and a former student of Gilbert Poillerat. Wrought iron craftsmen and art creators, the Pouenat workshop combines excellence and rare know-how to offer top-of-the-range services and creations.
