About this vintage design furniture
Solid bronze and tinted glass table by Jacques Quinet for Broncz dating from the 1960s. Recognized as one of the greatest designers of the last century, Jacques Quinet has had a long and varied career. Among his commissions, he decorated General Eisenhower's residence in Marne-la-Coquette in 1951 and the headquarters of La Societé des Eaux d' Evian, Air France and Beghin-Say. With its fine and elegant lines, made of solid bronze, this Quinet console is of a rare quality. Signed by the publisher Broncz and the designer Jacques Quinet, and numbered. It has been cleaned and is in excellent condition, with only a few small traces of use. Really superb, and of a rare quality of manufacture. Dimensions: W50 x D30 x H44cm
