About this vintage design furniture
Swedish lamp from the 1960s by Carl Thore. The model is called Trava. Trava is the most popular and the most widely disseminated structure of the Carl Thore’s lamps, as well as its currently best known design. The lamp comes in many versions, because it was produced with several variants of style, size and color. The lamp was sold mainly in Sweden and Denmark. The lamp is in very good original condition, no scratches or paint damage, minimal signs of use for its age. The lamp has been dismantled, thoroughly cleaned. Please note that the items we sell are used items, often 40-50 years old, because of this they have traces of use, which can not always be seen in the pictures.

About the designer
Carl THORE
Carl THORE was a Swedish designer born in 1917 and died in 2007. He is best known for his glass lighting designs, notably for Flygsfors Glasbruk, for whom he worked from 1947 to 1959.
