About this vintage design furniture
Teak dining table designed in the 1960s by Kaj Winding and manufactured in 1970 by Slagelse. The table has been renovated by removing old coatings and finishing the whole with varnish. A characteristic feature of the table is that it is slightly larger than other teak tables produced during this period. When extended, the table is 240 cm of width.

About the designer
Kaj WINDING
Kaj Winding was a Danish designer who was born in 1926 and died in 1965 at the age of 39. He began his industrial design career working for Danish companies Verner Panton and Arne Jacobsen. In 1958, he co-founded Design-Craftsmen, which produced modern furniture for Danish and Scandinavian interiors.
