About this vintage design furniture

In addition to being the result of a careful ergonomic study, Lady is also the icon of modernity as the result of an innovation that overturns the traditional system of upholstery manufacturing: the separate construction of the parts and their subsequent assembly. Lady introduced springing: a plus in terms of comfort, obtained with reinforced elastic belts. The strength of the armchair lies in the use of new materials (previously used only in the military aviation) such as elastic belts and foam rubber. It has a metal structure covered in flexible polyurethane foam, foamed inside the mold. The armrests of the armchair are made of coated solid wood, the legs are made of painted metal, covered with brass tubes. The chair has been completely restored and upholstered with good quality cotton fabric.
