About this vintage design furniture
Armchair Sing Sing Sing designed by Shiro Kuramata in 1985 and produced by xO, co-founded by Philippe Starck in 1984. Expanded metal, silver-grey coated tubular steel. Marked xO. This rare beauty will be shipped overseas in a custom made wooden crate. Shiro Kuramata playfully stretched and skewed tropes of Western design, while combining them with traditional Japanese aesthetics, to produce items of furniture that are surreal, humorous, and often poetic.
