About this vintage design furniture

Suspension Lamingo by Hans Agne Jakobsson published by Markaryd AB in the 1960s. The most sought-after model because of its size, 44 cm in diameter, and the fact that it is made of brass this lamp is one of our favourite models from Jakobsson. Its domed shape gives it a massive appearance, but between each piece of brass there is a gap that lets the light pass through, making it soft and subdued. Underneath it is directional but not dazzling thanks to another room that prevents the light from coming directly to you. Perfect above a dining or living room table, it can also be close to a wall to light a buffet. Simple, ingenious, sifted, the Hans Agne Jakobsson recipe.
