About this vintage design furniture
This original couch or daybed was produced by Hynek Gottwald during the 1930s in Prague. It has been completely restored. The chrome plate was polished and the wooden parts has been new lacquered. The mattress is made of solid coconut fibre. Very quality English velvet upholstery from Kirkby Design.

Hynek Gottwald is a Czech industrial designer born in 1985. He studied at the Faculty of Arts and Design at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic, graduating in 2009.
