About this vintage design furniture

A very rare, one-of-a-kind inkwell designed by Emile-Jacques Ruhlmann and made in France circa 1930.This unique piece is made of chrome-plated metal with black glass. A beautiful and luxurious combination that matches perfectly with its modern design. The two chrome balls on the sides are lids that hold cups for ink. The cups can be removed for easy maintenance. In the middle, there is a storage space for small accessories. For example, the ends of difference pens could be kept here. This impressive piece would be a valuable addition to any office space, which is very decorative and also a great way to sign special documents. It remains in very good, vintage condition, with wear consistent with age and use, retaining a nice patina.
