About this vintage design furniture
Designed in 1960 by Arne Jacobsen and still produced by the same publisher Louis Poulsen. Designed for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen (Radisson Blu), the AJ range of lights was part of the complete design concept created for the Hotel. The AJ luminaire emits a downwardly directed light. The angle of the shade can be changed to optimize the lighting. The inside of the shade is painted white to make the light softer and more comfortable. Edition of the year 2000. Like new. Height : 56 cm. Shade length: 35 cm. Base: 21.5 cm.
