About this vintage design furniture
Teapot made of silver plated alpacca, in very good condition, with light signs of use. The teapot is for 2 cups, as written under the base. On one side the name "Shahrezad" is engraved, probably the name of the place where it was used. Marked "Calderoni Fratelli", "alpacca argentato" and "2 tazze" underneath.

Gio PONTI
1891 - 1979Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was an Italian designer, architect, writer and teacher, considered one of the most influential designers of 20th-century Italy. Born in Milan, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began working as an architect in 1921.
