About this vintage design furniture
The solid oak foot is designed as the curve of a spine. Thinner at the top and stronger at the bottom for harmony and maximum stability. The 3 pieces of wood are connected to the intersection with a cast metal piece.

Peter Ghyczy is a Dutch designer born in 1940 in Budapest, Hungary. After studying architecture at Munich University of Technology, he moved to Stuttgart, where he worked as an industrial designer for various companies.
