About this vintage design furniture
Fully restored dining table, in veneered teak wood, designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen for Faarup Mobelfabrik, in 1960s. The table has circular surface (Ø 120), with three additional extension leaves included (50 cm wide), so it can be extended for 170 cm, 220 cm or 270 cm. The table has an additional support leg that folds down when the table is pulled out.

About the designer
Kofod LARSEN
Kofod Larsen was a Danish furniture designer born in 1921 and died in 1991. He began his career as an apprentice cabinetmaker and later studied at the Copenhagen School of Arts and Crafts. He worked for several renowned design companies in Europe before founding his own design firm in 1950.
