Five armed chandelier designed by Svend Aage Holm Sørensen for Swedish manufacturer ASEA during the 1950s. Teak stem, polished brass arms and ceiling fitting. Diffusers in opaline glass. Rewired. Excellent condition. Minor chips on teak and one on glass.

About the designer
Svend Aage HOLM SORENSEN
Holm Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his minimalist, functional creations. Born in 1938 in Frederiksberg, Denmark, he studied sculpture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen before turning to industrial design.
