About this vintage design furniture
Armchair produced in the 1970s by the Swiss company Strassle based on a design by the Belgian designer Andre Vandenbeuck. Swivel base in black painted metal with wood inserts. Seat and armrests in wood upholstered and lined in new green fabric. Pouf with metal base and wood inserts, padded and lined upper part. Good general conditions, some signs due to normal use over time

André VANDENBEUCK
André Vandenbeuck was a Belgian designer born on February 6, 1922 in Ixelles and died on February 4, 2014 in De Haan. He is best known for his work as an automotive designer for the French Facel Vega brand in the 1950s and 1960s.
