About this vintage design furniture
This set of three Sofalette lounge chairs and an ottoman was designed by Otto Zapf in 1967 for Zapf Production. Each piece features an upholstered wooden frame with a white fiberglass base. The multicolored jungle-print upholstery has button tufts on the seats and backrests and the background color of the fabric is black.

About the designer
Otto ZAPF
Otto Zapf was a German designer who was born on July 16, 1929 in Nuremberg and died on May 8, 2011 in Cologne. He studied typography and graphic design at the Nuremberg School of Design and the Munich Academy of Fine Arts.
