Set of four solid oak Danish 1950s dining chairs with teak plywood seating. In 1938, Arne Hovmand-Olsen finished his apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker at P. Olsen Sibast.

Egon A. Olsen was a Norwegian industrial designer who was born in 1922 and died in 2013. He studied design at the Oslo School of Applied Arts and began his career working for the industrial design firm Rastad & Relling Tegnekontor in the 1950s.
