Oswald Haerdtl, one of the most important Austrian Architects of the 20th Century designed this iconic chair in 1955 labelled No. 515. On this chair he created an expressive design form whilst using a minimalist language. Like his architecture, there is also a total focus on every detail and the materiality, as well as the overall design concept.
