About this vintage design furniture
A pair of "S 22" candleholders with legs by Fritz NAGEL & Ceasare STOFFI. German manufacturing of 1960. The set consists of 2 legs and 14 candle holders. In silver metal, fully modular. Sold with 12 orange-colored period candles. In good general condition: beautiful patina rather shiny, stripes and usage marks, 1 leg a little desilvered. Non-severable pair.

About the designer
Erwin NAGEL
Erwin Nagel (1889-1948) was a German industrial designer who marked his era with his innovative work in the field of typewriters. He began his career in the 1910s as a designer for the Olympia company, where he worked on portable typewriters. It was here that he developed his three-dimensional design technique, which gave rise to many remarkable models.
