About this vintage design furniture
Designed by Gunther Hoffstead and produced in rosewood by Uniflex in the mid 1960s the table has a central leaf that is fixed underneath and swivels out when required, it has sled legs and is all in excellent condition, the 6 dining chairs are also in excellent condition with coach hide leather upholstery and buckle fasteners in showroom condition.

About the designer
Gunther HOFFSTEAD
Gunter Hoffstead was a German furniture designer who worked for the British furniture company Uniflex in the 1950s and 1960s. Little information is available about his personal life, but he is known to have designed some of Uniflex's most iconic pieces of furniture.
