About this vintage design furniture

This sofa daybed was designed by Walter Knoll for Knoll Antimott in the 1950s. It is made from solid teak wood and is upholstered in a new fabric. Functionality is the main concept here as the daybed can be used as a sofa or without the back-cushion as a daybed. This daybed is in excellent vintage condition. Extended the measurement is 220 cm wide.

Walter KNOLL

1878 - 1971

Walter Knoll is a German designer born in 1965 in Stuttgart. He studied industrial design at Stuttgart University and worked for various companies before founding his own design company, Walter Knoll, in 1865. His company enjoyed great success and won several awards for its innovative, high-quality design.
