About this vintage design furniture
1 set of six of Jean Prouvé ‘B20’ chairs for Tecta. Chairs are very comfortable with natural suspension in the seating area, for active seating. Cantilever seating, chromed frames. Good firm condition, wear consistant with age and use.

About the designer
Jean PROUVE
1901 - 1984Jean Prouvé (1901-1984) was a French designer and builder. Born in Nancy, he began working in his father's iron workshop before studying art and design at the École de Nancy. In the 1920s, he began designing metal furniture and founded his own company, Ateliers Jean Prouvé, in 1923.
