About this vintage design furniture
Iconic original G Plan stool designed by V B Wilkins as part of the popular Fresco range in the 1960s. A stunning and timeless piece. The stool is very comfortable due to a wide seat (over 50cm diameter). The base has the nice distinctive curvy fresco design in solid Afromosia wood. The seat is upholstered and buttoned in original material.

About the designer
Victor B. WILKINS
Charles Victor Wilkins (1893-1969) was an American industrial designer known for his work in the 1920s and 1930s. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and studied at the Art Students League of New York and the New York School of Fine and Applied Art.
