About this vintage design furniture
Rare armchair, designed in 1955 by Paul Bode for Deutsche Federholzgesellschaft. The base of this chair is made of ash wood, which makes it very flexible. Back and seat are not linked, so the back slightly swings, which makes the chair very comfortable. The Federholz chair is one of the classics of German post war design, in this execution hard to find. seat height 47cm
