About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful armchair by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen for Soborg Mobelfabrik. Made of teak and rosewood armrests. The solid teak frame is combined with original cane seat and back, and rosewood armrests makes for a wonderful combination of materials. Excellent condition without any damages

About the designer
Peter HVIDT & Orla MOLGAARD NIELSEN
Hvidt & Mølgaard Nielsen is a mid-20th-century Danish design duo consisting of Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen. Peter Hvidt was born in Copenhagen in 1916 and studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before working as a designer for various companies. Orla Mølgaard Nielsen was born in Copenhagen in 1907 and also studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, before working as an architect and designer.
