About this vintage design furniture
A rare design by Italian architect Augusto Bozzi for Fratelli Saporiti, circa 1959. A lacquered steel frame that supports a wooden and steel shell newly upholstered in a super strong, warm velvety fabric.

Augusto Bozzi was an Italian industrial designer born in 1913 and died in 1988. He studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic and began his career as an architect and interior designer in the 1930s.
