About this vintage design furniture
Industrial Gispen easy chair model 1401 designed by Wim Rietveld in 1954. Seat Height 36 cm This model was produced in a series of minimalistic designs, and was assigned a golden medal on the Triennale of Milan (1954). The chair is upholstered in a good quality army green leather with the original black metal frame, floor caps and bakelite armrests in very good condition.
