About this vintage design furniture
Chair from the 1950s, with curved solid ash frame. The seat is soft, covered with thick red vinyl. The cane of the backrest is in perfect condition. Metal plate signed "Bow Wood". Wilhelm Von Bode drew this model in 1948. The chair is stable, comfortable and in very good condition. Several chairs available, unit price indicated.

About the designer
Wilhelm VON BODE
Wilhelm von Bode was a German art historian and collector, born on December 10, 1845 in Calvörde and died on March 1, 1929 in Berlin. He is best known for his work as director of the Berlin Museum (now the Bode Museum), where he organized several important exhibitions and acquired numerous works of art for the museum's collection.
