About this vintage design furniture
This desk was designed by BBPR, from the 1960s. BBPR was an architectural partnership founded in Milan in 1932 and composed of Banfi, Belgiojoso, Peressutti and Rogers. The desk is composed of a metal frame and metal return cabinets with hard plastic sliding fronts. The top is made of rosewood (plywood).

Studio BBPR is a famous Italian design studio that left its mark on the history of architecture and design in the 1950s and 1960s. The name BBPR is an acronym of the names of the studio's four founders: Gian Luigi Banfi, Ludovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso, Enrico Peressutti and Ernesto Nathan Rogers.
