About this vintage design furniture

Teakwood rocking chair with beautiful crossed frame between flat skids and slightly curved armrests. Both cushions with original curbed red fabric and cord for fixation. Frank Reenskaug designed this rocking chair for Bramin in 1958. It is in excellent original condition.

Frank Reenskaug was an American industrial designer who was born in 1921 and died in 2013. He is best known for designing "The Contour Chair" in 1950, which has become an icon of modern design.
