Red leather egg chair, model 3316, designed during the 50s by Arne Jacobsen for the lobby and reception areas in the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. Manufactured during the 2000s. This unique shaped chair is covered with a fine quality red leather and has a swivel base. The tilt fitting can be adjusted to the weight of the individual user. Marked Fritz Hansen in the base and on the bottom of the shell.
